Heron Estates

- Multi-phase housing development and the first new affordable housing development built in Riviera Beach
in more than 40 years!

- Heron Estates Senior was completed in September 2019, a 101-unit, three-story tower for senior citizens aged 55 and up.

Construction on Heron Estates began in October 2020.

Heron Estates has been constructed on the 15-acre site of the former Ivey Green Village public housing complex in a public-private partnership with Miami-based Housing Trust Group of Florida.
